That New Car Smell

Pigtails

See why Evy didn't want us to cut her hair? She needed it to grow long enough for pigtails - so she can see clearly out the front of her brand new car.
Brand New Car

She has quickly learned to say "riiiide" to tell us when she wants to get in it and go. And go. And go. In NASCAR circles around the living room. Every now and then she even takes a pit stop to check under the hood.

Engine Checkup

Thankfully Evelyn hasn't asked us to change all four tires or adjust the splitter for more front downforce yet...

  1. She looks so grown up in her pigtails. Now she has her own vrooooooooom. She will wear out about three pairs of sneakers this summer-the toes go first. This may be the answer to gas that is three dollars a gallon! Happy motoring.

  2. Glad to see you got her a car seeing as she enjoyed riding Ethan's so much at his birthday party. We should get together sometime soon and go cruisin' on the trails in the park.

  3. Aww, that cute! Our 15 months old has a yellow car thing too. He wants us to push it, but hasn't learned how to say 'ride' yet :)
