U12 Soccer Season

Brandon moved up to U12 soccer this season. The field is bigger and the kids are bigger. And the goalies can punt!

First Day of School

We had an extra week of summer break this year, but it's time to go back to school!



Evelyn is in eighth grade and Brandon is in fourth. Here's to another fun school year!

Summer Wrap-Up

It's been a long, busy summer of activities! We've been to Kennywood (twice), the Science Center, Fun Fore All, the Coffee Pot and North Park for some kayaking on the lake.

Virginia Trip

School starts a little late this year, so we were able to head to Virginia during the last week of August for a family vacation. We visited Busch Gardens, Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg.

Ten Years Old

Brandon turned ten this week and celebrated three different times.

OCMD 2019

The kids had another fun trip to the beach! They added some serious boogie boarding to our annual week of sand digging, mini golfing, go-karting and pool jumping.

End of Spring

Spring brings the end of the school year and a lot of scheduled activities. We've attended golf lessons, award ceremonies and chorus & orchestra concerts.



Brandon also finished up his final season of U10 soccer.



And Evelyn was on stage at her annual dance recital.

Easter was closer to the end of April this year, so we were able to enjoy some warmer weather for the egg hunt. And for our family pictures.

Thirteenth Birthday

Evelyn is now a teenager!

Winter Update

The kids finally had a chance to play outside in the snow this winter (when it actually snowed enough and wasn't dark, raining or -6 degrees). They fit in as much sledding and snowball throwing as possible.



And earlier this month Brandon had a chance to return to the Monster Jam Triple Threat series event for the third time. Does that make it a triple triple threat? Or a nonuple threat?
